What is Wellness Coaching

Jordan Jamieson has been worked in community mentoring and mental health 2013

Jordan holds qualifications in Psychology, and Diplomas in Nutrition, Personal training, and Massage Therapy. Understanding the complex nature of mental health & wellbeing is his passion. His approach is underpinned by the Biopsychosocial model of health & wellbeing, frequently used by clinical psychologists. 


Jordan takes a Solution-focused and Strengths-based approach to addressing your needs. He also uses psychotherapeutic interventions based on Mindfulness, Behavioural Analysis, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in a practical way to assist in our journey of recovery, and self-discovery. 


 Jordan is currently working toward the completion of his internship and registration as a practicing psychologist. 




Our Wellness Coaches are passionate about whole being wellness (holistic health and wellbeing).

The role of a Wellness Coach is not to diagnose, treat or prescribe for any specific condition, but to work with clients in a complete, dynamic, and flexible way – accounting for all the aspects that make up an individual’s life, such as past history, experiences, mindset, lifestyle factors, relationships, career, environment, diet, physical health & health problems etc.


We help clients to reach their goals & facilitate the capacity for sustainable growth and lasting change with a solution-focused and strengths-based approach to assisting in your recovery and self-discovery. We also utilize gold-standard psychotherapeutic interventions & ongoing support and will endeavor to work collaboratively with any other health service providers in your care where necessary
